Require services from a Contractor experienced in providing Digester Tank Cleaning Services. This service is needed to maintain the performance of the digestion process. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, mobilization, transportation, mileage and all other overhead burdens associated with the cost to perform Digester Tank Cleaning Services on an as-needed basis.
