Demolition Projects

The City of Deltona hereby requests sealed bids from qualified individuals or firms to provide the tools, labor, materials, equipment, and demolition of city-wide structures in the City of Deltona, Florida. The initial work shall be the demolition of the following home at a lump sum cost. Additional work may or may not be requested throughout the term of this bid at the Square Foot Cost as submitted.1835 Twin Oaks St. Total Sq. Footage 1500 The work will include complete demolition of structure(s) as indicated, the removal of the demolition debris with an authorized collector approved container through Waste Pro, repair of street(s) and sidewalk(s) if damaged during the demolition activity, The following is the summary ofwork required for each demolition project: o Demolition and removal ofthe structure o Demolition of any auxiliary buildings and structures, o Demolition ofsite improvements adjacent to a building or structure o Demolition and removal of all curbs, streets, parking and trash enclosures o Removal of all construction and footings two feet below grade o Removal of all underground utilities up the property line o Disconnection and removal of all electrical, phone and cable services to building o Protection of existing tress o Remove other vegetation o Demolish all site concrete and asphalt o Removal of above grade site improvements o Clearing, grubbing for grass seeding o Soil Erosion Control Installation o Remove all debris from off-site per waste management goals o Security for the entire site o The contractor will be required to refine, clarify, and define the City's project description, data, and all other requirements as deemed necessary for each project.
