Description

The City’s primary objective for this solicitation is to obtain professional assistance in completing environmental, design, improvement plans, specifications, and estimates for the Paloma Wash Pedestrian Bridge. This project will include installing a prefabricated weathered steel truss bridge, concrete abutments, retaining walls, concrete ADA ramps, and concrete walkways. Alternatives to the prefabricated steel bridge will be accepted. The bridge will also need to incorporate lighting and architectural features that create a connection to the nearby structures/features in addition to making the bridge a desired visual destination. The proposed bridge, including abutments, must not encroach into the Paloma Wash 100Yr flood elevation and limits. Please see the attached RFP documents for further specifications and requirements.
