Description

Renovate shell office space in the Student Union with the purpose of relocating the One Card Services from Wilbur Cross. This Scope of Work will be performed in approximately 1,000 square foot area which will include a reception area with a waiting and phot area with a printing and service counter. Work will include interior and facade reconfiguration, finishes, millwork, lighting, acoustical improvements window treatments and technology upgrades. In addition, there will be potential modifications to mechanical and electrical systems to accommodate new lighting and finishes.
