Construction of the Yosemite Street Waterline Replacement

The Work generally consists of furnishing, delivering, constructing, installing, connecting, and testing approximately 14,500-linear feet of 20-inch waterline (open cut and pipe burst), 3,500-linear feet of open cut 12-inch waterline, lateral connections, isolation valves, fire hydrants, blow off assemblies, air release valves, and pressure regulating valves. Existing pipe material includes cast iron. Work takes place within the City of Centennial, City of Lone Tree, and SEMSWA jurisdiction. This project also includes extensive scheduling, permitting, and traffic control. The construction of all water main line work shall include providing and installing all necessary piping, fittings, valves, hydrants, and all other appurtenances to complete a fully functioning potable water distribution system and as shown or called for in the Contract Documents. All permitting, traffic control, potholing, excavating, asphalt and concrete removal and replacement, dewatering, backfilling, trench shoring, testing, surface restoration, site restoration and abandonments shall be performed by the Contractor as part of this Work.
