Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Leland, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility. Project Description: 9,235 sf interior renovation to two floors and complete building HVAC system upgrade. Scope of the work is further defined by the project drawings and specifications dated March 23, 2022 Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bid Documents shall be submitted to the Architect in writing at least 10 days prior to Bid Date Bids submitted are done so under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after the bid date The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
