Montgomery Street Plaza Renovations for the Department of Recreation, Natural Resources and Culture

The scope of work for this project requests qualified Construction contracting firms to submit a Bid proposal to provide all the materials and labor necessary to reconstruct the Montgomery Street Plaza in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. The Property is located in the Mill Hill Historic District, adjacent to the Mill Hill Playhouse and the Alexander Douglass House. The plaza reconstruction was preceded by renovations to both the Playhouse and the Douglass House as well as Mill Hill Park and the historic Pratt Truss Bridge. The construction of the new parking lot to serve both the pool and playing fields is an important component of this park rehabilitation.
