Konawa Childcare Wells

Site Directions: Project is located approximately 4 miles east of Konawa. The physical address is 14313 Old Highway 99, Konawa, OK. This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and personnel to perform all necessary labor for the construction of two (2) Water Wells for the Konawa Child Care Facility. in the Procurement Office of the Seminole Nation, at P.O. Box 1498, Wewoka, OK 74884 or 36645 US HWY 270 Wewoka, OK 74884, until 2:30 p.m., Central Local Time, on August 25, 2023, for the construction of Konawa Child Care Water Wells. Bids shall be opened at the above stated time for receipt of Bids or as soon thereafter as practicable. This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and supervision to perform all necessary labor for the construction of Construction of two (2) wells, slab, building, waterline, meters, valves testing (as required by DEQ) and all appurtenances. This project is eligible for sales tax exemption Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the specifications or drawings shall be submitted in writing to the Owner through the Engineer at least seven (7) days prior to opening of bids to provide time for issuing and forwarding an addendum. Any interpretation of the contract documents will be made only by addendum duly issued or delivered by the Owner to each person receiving a set of documents. The Owner will not be responsible for any other explanations or interpretation of the contract documents. This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and supervision to perform all necessary labor for the construction of Construction of two (2) wells, slab, building, waterline, meters, valves testing (as required by DEQ) and all appurtenances.
