The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, non-personal, contract to provide equipment purchase, installation, and maintenance services for the 87th Medical Group. 1.2 Required Services: The government will be responsible for preparation of the 87 MDG Edwards Resource Center/Sq CC Conference rooms. • Clear pathway for all cable runs from the following locations (but not limited to) Rack to display/table/ceiling • Power at display, rack and table locations • Network connectivity at rack and table locations • IP Considerations for networked devices • Clear work area, free of obstructions • Backing for any displays as required • All infrastructure in place prior to AVA arrival • VoIP/POTS line at rack location (when applicable) 1.3 The vendor will provide an on-site installation team to install equipment for audio and visual displays. The control system will include the necessary volume controls, power and other interface equipment to integrate and control the entire conference room. The cost of the actual audio/video display units will be included in the contract and installed by the vender and overseen by the contract team lead. • Installation of all hardware within the quote, see attachment. • On site installation engineering services for all proposed AV system components • Engineering and documentation • Project Management • System QC and training
