Kearney and Andrea Water Main Replacement Project

Kearney and Andrea Water Main Replacement Description of work: Installation of approximately 2800 LF of watermain and associated appurtenances, pavement rehabilitation, and concrete improvements. Cash, a certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of CITY OF ST. HELENA, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of thetotal of bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. The Engineer's Estimate for the project is $1,150,000. The construction is estimated to be completed within 120 working days from Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
