Description

As of August 17th, 2022, project was awarded to GEMS Environmental Management Services, Inc. with an awarded amount of $448,342.34. The scope of work in general includes installation of a fuel dispensing system fuel storage tanks concrete slab bollards and steel canopy structure Other related items not mentioned above that are required by the plans specifications or these Special Provisions shall be performed placed constructed or installed The time of completion shall consist of 30 Working Days This Project Is Subject To The Buy America Provisions Of The Surface Transportation Assistance Act Of 1982 As Amended By The Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act Of 1991 The Engineers estimate for this project is 23000000 Bids are required for the entire work described herein The City of Grass Valley reserves the right to postpone the date and time for the opening of proposals at any time prior to the date and time announced in the advertisement in accordance with applicable law No prebid meeting is scheduled for this project The City of Grass Valley reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any minor defects or irregularity in bidding in accordance with applicable law In accordance with California Public Contract Code Section 201038 if the City elects to award a contract for performance
