The Medical Education Building 2 is a 3-story office building built in the 1980s. The first floor was renovated for the Heritage College of Osteopathic medicine in 2014. The 2nd & 3rd floors were an existing tenant that had a lease until 2019. Now that this tenant has moved out of the 2nd & 3rd floors, the area will be renovated to include office and medical office space. The floors are approximately 18,000 SF each for a total of 36,000 SF. Minor modification will take place on the 1st floor, but most of the project is the upper floors and various maintenance items.
