Monona Terrace Loading Dock and Parking Area Repair

1. East Area: a. Approximately, 75 lineal ft. of nosing patching/repairs b. 1 railing post base patch approximately 1X1 c. 1 area of curb & sidewalk patch. d. Approximately 30ft. of grinding concrete lip that has raised e. Grind/patch around 2 drains f. Re-caulk approximately 450 lineal ft. of failed joints with 2 part traffic bearing sealant g. Re-caulk approximately 80ft. of curb and sidewalk joints near the elevator entrance area 2. West Area: a. 1 railing post base patching b. Re-caulk approximately 450 lineal ft. of failed joints with 2 part traffic bearing sealant c. Grind/patch around 2 drain grates. d. Wall Patching – patch failed concrete on vertical at railing on curb area approximately 1x1. e. Grind & caulk several small cracks in shown area, contractor to verify quantity/cost (see below in blue)
