This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer and/or his designee. The work may consist of but is not limited to: Installing New Automatic ADA Door Opening System with push button or sensor at the following three (3) restroom entrances:1. Selective demolition and protection of items to remain in the project area. Coordinate the scheduling of the work with designated City of Palmdale, Project Manager. Provide and maintain barricades and other protective devices as required by City ordinances and codes, and as required to protect the public and personnel, for the duration of construction. Perform all cutting and patching, door and hardware work, painting, and other incidental work required to complete the construction as shown. Extend electrical as shown or required. Construct new on-site improvements as shown and specified. Perform all other miscellaneous work as shown and specified, and as may be authorized by Owner.
