Description

Removal and proper disposal of biosolids from Authority's wastewater treatment plant facility. Haulers must show proof of license to haul solid waste in Monroe County from the Monroe County Solid Waste Authority. All material must be taken to an approved landfill site. Copy of manifest must be provided to the Authority. Haulers must provide 25 or 30 cubic yard roll-off containers with liners with dimensions of 75” maximum height and approximate length of 24 feet. The Authority will email for pick-up approximately three to five times per week. Each container contains approximately 15 tons of 15 percent dewatered municipal sludge. Liners must be polyethylene. All trucks at the WWTP Facility are subject to an inspection by BCRA personnel.
