Install Furnace and Central Air Unit

Furnish labor, materials and services necessary to remove existing furnace and install new furnace and central air conditioning unit at 3537 North 91h Street. Install a new thermostat, Honeywell Set Back or equal, non-battery operated, on first floor in a central Location. Thermostat to work for both heat and A/C. Furnace to have exterior filter rack that can be easily removed and reinstalled. All heating equipment is to be installed according to manufacturers recommendations and per applicable codes. Furnace to be wired on a dedicated service. All electrical connections to be completed by contractor. System to be balanced for equal service throughout. Furnace must be elevated 8" off the floor. Contractor to remove all debris from property after work is completed. Contractor to leave existing furnace on site for removal by HACM staff.
