PROCUREPHX PRODUCT CATEGORY CODE 912000000 The Hedgepeth Waterline Improvement District project will generally include the construction of approximately 1,400 linear feet of proposed 12" water distribution main along 51st Avenue between Behrend Drive and Tonopah Drive, and approximately 1,200 linear feet of proposed 12" water distribution main along Tonopah Drive between 51st Avenue and 47th Avenue. An Alternate Design alignment along 49th Drive is included in the Bid Package. This scope of work will be considered as a bid alternate to the work shown on 51st Avenue. The alternate scope of work includes the installation of approximate 1,500 linear feet of proposed 12' water distribution main along the 49th Drive alignment across State Route L101, and approximately 1,200 linear feet of proposed 12' water distribution main along Tonopah Drive between 49th Drive and 47th Avenue. A Small Business Enterprise goal has been waived for this project. The project related documents are classified as Protected Critical Infrastructure Information (PCII) and are protected under Critical Infrastructure Information Act of 2002. Please be aware that the marking, handling and storing of PCII documents and material shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Critical Infrastructure Information Act, 6 U.S.C. 131 et seq. Unauthorized release may result in criminal and administrative penalties. It is to be safeguarded and disseminated in accordance with the Critical Infrastructure Information Act, 6 U.S.C. 131 et seq., the implementing Regulation, 6 C.F.R. Part 29 and PCII Program requirements. All bidders are responsible for following the PCII Program with respect to marking, handling and storing the project related documents and materials upon receipt from the City. The City reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible responsive bidder or all bids will be rejected, as soon as practicable after the date of opening bids. The City of Phoenix will provide reasonable accommodations for alternate formats of the bid packet by calling Heather Roye at (602) 261-8894 or calling TTY 711. Requests will only be honored if made within the first week of the advertising period. Please allow a minimum of seven calendar days for production.
