Description

General Description and Scope of Work: A. General: a) The project’s intent is to make exterior improvements to the clubhouse exterior at Madison Golf Course. Improvements include but are not limited to concrete patching, brick pointing, brick replacement, stone patching, stone cleaning, and caulking. Contractor is responsible for visiting the site and field verifying all measurements before quotes are submitted. Any measurements included on elevations are approximate. b) Removal and replacement of stairs on the west side of the clubhouse is to be quoted as Add Alternate 1. This alternate has a separate line item on the quote form and shall not be included in the base quote.
