CSC-19508 Building 302 Lead Abatement

Work will be performed at the Defense Supply Center Columbus, Ohio. The Contractor will be tasked with providing services for testing, abatement, and disposal of possible lead containing material in Building 302 at DSCC Columbus. The contractor will provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services specified. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing all work under this contract in accordance with all Federal, State, County, City laws and codes, and follow the more stringent of them. In addition to compliance with these laws, the Contractor shall follow all applicable standard industry practices including, but not limited to: Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). • CSC-19508 Lead Abatement in building 302 at DSCC Columbus Contractor shall not damage existing paint. Existing paint could have hazardous lead materials. Contractor shall perform paint test to determine whether it has lead materials. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, testing and supervision required in performing all operations in conjunction with this project in strict accordance with the specifications, complete and subject to the terms and provisions of this contract.
