Description | *As of May 12, 2023, a general contractor has been awarded and all trades are let. Ground-up construction of a one-story retail building. The following trade(s) will be required to complete this project: Survey & Layout; Temp Fencing – 4’ Orange Construction Fence along entire Leach Field; include sign as noted on C-1 Note 4; Field Office - 8x20 Office/Storage Combo for up to 12 weeks; Portable Toilet - (1) one unit w/ sanitizer and weekly cleanout for up to 12 weeks; Dumpster - (1) one 30 Yard Container; Final Cleaning; Excavation & Site Utilities – Include all tree shrub removal and site prep, all work related to the waterline extension including traffic control, boring under State Route 99, removal & repair of drive culvert, gravel drive, mailboxes, existing signs removed and reinstalled as necessary, and seeding and mulching where necessary; review Waterline Extension plans for more details; erosion control, and storm work, all work related to proposed drive culvert & ditch work within the county right of way, Landscaping – Seed, Mulch, & Sod Asphalt Paving & Striping – Include all Striping, (3) Handicap Signs, & (26) Bumper Blocks Septic System – Furnish & Install (2) IM-1060 Infiltrator Tanks, EZ Series Complex Pump Control Panel, Green Coded Puraflo Peat Fiber Bio Filter Module w/ Sampling Basin, Ball Valve w/ Valve Box, Utility Cleanout, & Gravel Trench as per plans and specs; Irrigation – Sodded areas only; Fencing & Gates – Galvanized Chain Link Fence & Gates in front of Stormwater Management Area; Pressure Treated Rough Sawn Cedar Fence and Vinyl Coated Chain Link Gates w/ Vertical Slats (Dk Brown) at the Dumpster Enclosure; Concrete – Include Foundation and Footers, Standard Duty Concrete at ADA Parking Area, Heavy Duty Concrete at Dumpster Enclosure & Receiving Ramp, Sidewalks, Integral Curbs, & Walk, Structural Steel - Anchor Bolts & (6) Bollards; Pre-Engineered Metal Building - Erection ONLY; Metal Stud/Track Framing & Drywall – Include ALL wood blocking, sheathing and backing, include install of doors, frames, hardware, cart coral, and restroom accessories.
