| Description | Local Economically Disadvantaged Enterprises goal of 20% Carpet removal and carpet tile installation services are needed at the Columbus City School district. See below for important considerations. (1) Price to bid on is the price per 24" square piece for installation of Patcraft Experience tiles with Shaw 5000 adhesive including minor floor prep (2) Alternative products must be approved and must be "CRI Green Label" certified (3) Price should not include furniture removal, cove base, reducers, nor demolition (4) All demolition and installation debris to be removed from Columbus City Schools property (5) Color to be determined on a "by job" basis (6)Field measure with 5 working days of request (7) Installation within 6 weeks of notification to proceed (8) Most of the work will be requested to be during school breaks (winter and early summer) (9) Total carpet work expected to be $200,000 from July 2021-June 2022 (10) No amount of work is guaranteed |
