Adult Activity Center Parking Lot Improvements

The project in general includes removal of existing the parking lot along with its associated infrastructure and the installation of the new parking lot with its associated infrastructure. Work will include: • Demolition and removal of the existing asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, concrete drive apron, retaining walls, roof drain flumes and sidewalk chases, landscape berm and landscaping, light poles and signage, and storm inlet and pipe. • Installation of irrigation sleeves as depicted on the plans. • Unclassified excavation and embankment, • Installation of concrete curb and gutter, ADA ramps, sidewalk and steps, concrete drive apron and concrete pan. • Installation of storm sewer inlet, dry wells, roof drains and associated fitting • Pavement surface including subgrade stabilization, aggregate base course and HMA bituminous pavement • Installation of permanent pavement markings and signage. • Installation of new light poles and associated items. • Installation of retaining wall • Installation of brick facing (on the bare concrete wall of the building that will be exposed when the berm is removed). • Roof drain downspouts and underground roof drain pipes. • Erosion control measures • Construction surveying • Other miscellaneous items to complete the project
