Philadelphia International Airport - Airport Operations Center (AOC) - Mechanical Construction

The project will reutilize an existing space within terminal c, which will undergo necessary architectural, electrical, mechanical, lighting, and Technology upgrades to ensure a fully functional, consolidated airport operations center (aoc). This project will be implemented with a multi-prime (general, electrical, mechanical) bid. The existing space will need to remain functional during construction, resulting in a phased implementation. Electrical construction scope of work includes but is not limited to: installation of a new dedicated uninterruptable power supply (ups), dedicated ups panels within a major telecommunication room (tr), cleanup/consolidation of equipment in tr racks, minor additions to electronic security systems, general electrical outlet and lighting changes, and implementation of an audio/visual system consistent with modern government command centers. Work of the HVAC Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. HVAC systems and equipment. 2. HVAC instrumentation and controls. 3. HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing.
