| Description | For Chiller and Cooling Tower Full Service Maintenance Contractor shall perform all services as a full maintenance, all-inclusive turn key contract for the Chillers and Cooling Towers at the locations listed in Attachment A and B as per the following requirements and procedures. o Chiller services are to include corrective, annual and preventative maintenance inspections, written reports, seasonal start-up, emergency service, tube brush cleaning (water cooled), coil cleaning (air cooled), all parts, materials, tools, test equipment and labor. o Cooling Tower services are to include corrective, annual and monthly preventative maintenance inspections, written reports, seasonal start-up, emergency service, water analysis, semi-annual thorough cleaning of sump, all parts, materials, tools, test equipment and labor. |
