Removal of Boiler Systems and Furnish and Install New System

To remove installed boiler system and then furnish and install two (2) new boilers systems at Presque Isle State Park, 301 Peninsula Drive, Suite 1, Erie, PA. The following requirements shall be met within the performance of this contract. Furnish two (2) New Dunkirk XEB-6 Boilers, outlined below, or approved equal that meets or exceed the specifications listed below. The Commonwealth reserves the right to approve or deny any proposed equals that are submitted at its sole discretion. 1. Supplier to provide and install two (2) new boilers to replace existing boilers. 2. Existing boilers are to be disconnected and removed as required for new installation. 3. Equipment removed to be discarded. 4. Hot water piping to be Type L Copper. 5. Provide and install in the area of the Mechanical Room two (2) New Dunkirk XEB-6 Boilers, BTU/h Capacity, 187,500 BTU each or approved equivalent. 6. Provide and install all required power wiring to be in compliance with National Electric Code standards. 7. Provide and install two (2) boiler emergency stops by doors. 8. Provide all cut sheets, operation manuals, and warranty information for all newly installed equipment.
