Boilers and Hot Water Piping - Gas Piping Extensions

Project includes new natural gas distribution system piping and associated excavation and boring for installation of new natural gas piping, connection of new gas piping to individual existing building gas services, coordination with MLG&W for disconnection of gas meters and abandonment of underground gas services, backfilling of excavations, and restoration of existing paving or plantings where disrupted by this work. All questions regarding the project must be submitted in writing by email to asanders@ogcbinc.com. Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashier's) made payable to State of Tennessee. Nondiscrimination policy applies. If the initial Contract Sum as awarded exceeds $100,000, the successful Bidder shall provide Contract Bond in an amount of 100 percent of Contract Sum and in accordance with the requirements and form exhibited as Section 00 61 13.
