Description

Each Proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the Proposal payable to Comanche County RWD #1 as a guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the BIDDER will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Statutory Bonds within 10 days after the award of the Contract. Comanche County RWD #1 hereinafter called the Owner , reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner . The successful BIDDER, simultaneously with the execution of the Contract, will be required to furnish a faithful Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Amount and a Statutory Bond made payable to CLIENT equal to 100% of the Contract Amount; said Bonds shall be secured from a Surety Company listed in the Federal Registry, Department of the Treasurer, Fiscal Service Listing. The CONTRACTOR shall provide a 1-year Maintenance Bond for all improvements in the amount of 100% of the Contract Cost of improvements. If awarded the Contract, the UNDERSIGNED agrees to complete the work within 120 calendar days Contractor shall furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price
