Professional Operation of the Off-street Parking Facilities Deadline for all RFI, questions and clarifications: May 17, 2022 at 2:00 pm prevailing time. All RFI, questions and clarifications must be in writing. Send all RFI, questions and clarifications via email to: purchasing@hobokennj.gov. All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days. Bidders are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5- 31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids pursuant to applicable law and regulations, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid from the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder.
