Description

The proposed scope of work for this location includes removal and replacement of existing concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk around the existing clubhouse at the Patty Jewett Golf Course. This project will also reconstruct the existing parking lot by reclaiming the existing asphalt. Please see geotechnical report. The lot will be reconstructed to meet current ADA specifications and will also provide a new parking lay out that will increase the number of available parking spaces This project also includes the installation a new Redi-Rock retaining wall.
