Lcc20-03 Repl Boiler Piping - Asbestos Abatement Project

The Scope of Work for this project is to accomplish all necessary work to complete the removal and disposal of the following asbestos-containing Thermal System Insulation and asbestos in soil at selected buildings of Lamar Community College, 2401 S. Main in Lamar, Colorado, in accordance with this document and all applicable state and federal regulatory requirements: TSI in Bowman Building Room B-5 approx. 150 ln. ft. & 13 valves TSI in Bowman Building Room B-9 TSI wrap and insulation, 2 valves and 22.5-degree elbows; removal of approx. 100 sq. ft. of soil with asbestos debris to a 2" depth (to be addressed as a minor asbestos spill response) TSI in Trustee Building Room B-5 approx. 80 ln. ft. and 3 valves Additional work shall include using lag cloth to seal ends of remaining TSI at cut lines, until new insulation is installed.
