Description

To provide a feasibility study and conceptual design plan and optional services such as architectural, planning, engineering design services and CEI for a new Public Works fleet facility. The selected firm shall be tasked with determining the appropriate building size for the new fleet facility for today’s current needs and the City’s future build-out plan. The selected firm shall research and determine the appropriate City site for the new fleet facility location, provide a conceptual master plan layout design for the selected site and identify future facility outparcels. The City may elect to utilize the same firm for additional future services regarding the Fleet Facility for architectural, planning, engineering, design, permitting and construction management to be negotiated under separate contract.
