July 19, 2023 Written responses to Requests for Additional Information sent to all CONTRACT PERIOD: Date of award through completion of project, not to exceed five (5) years. Offeror shall submit an original bid bond, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of offerors proposal including alternatives, to the Purchasing Division, prior to the bid closing date and time. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contact price. The city of Columbia reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received in response to this RFP, or to cancel the RFP if is in the best interest of the city of columbia to do so.
