It is the intent of these specifications to describe materials, equipment, trucking and labor necessary to resurface EASTERN UNION TURNPIKE AND BEST ROAD, Town of Sand Lake, in Rensselaer County. The successful bidder will furnish all materials, labor and equipment to deliver, place and compact the Bituminous Asphalt Pavements per the plans and specifications. The contractor must comply with Section 220 of the Labor Law as it pertains to the payment of the minimum prevailing wages. The contractor must also comply with all other Federal, State and local laws and regulation applicable to this type of work.
