Stephens Road Extension

Conceived in childhood memories of lake vacations, Carlton Landing was born on the shores of Lake Eufaula in eastern Oklahoma. It is a manifestation of the vision of "the essence of life well lived". Carlton Landing is being grown and nurtured by modern day pioneers who see an ideal place to spend peaceful days raising their families in a more carefree environment. The homes and cottages of Carlton Landing are a reflection of the quieter lifestyle known at the turn of the century The project involves new roadway construction and associated items of work: - Clearing and grubbing. - 3,400 LF of new roadway alignment, one lane in each direction with gravel surface - Excavation to neat lines and grades as shown on the plans. - 2 large Culvert Structures and various small drainage crossings - Site cleanup and restoration *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
