| Description | The scope of work includes providing roof wind mitigation for the City of North Lauderdale Fire Station 44 main building and the generator room. All roofing elements shall have the capacity to withstand winds of 200 MPH. Remove existing standing seam metal roof and install new standing seam metal roof at sloped areas. Remove existing roofing membranes and lightweight insulating concrete, and install new torch applied system and tapered insulation at flat roof over the apparatus bay area. The entire scope of work is described in the full set of construction documents including all drawings and specifications. |
