UT Health Recreation Center Chiller Replacement

Scope Of Work: To replace two (2) Carrier chillers 1. Provide necessary crane (275 ton crane) with lifting plan for removal and replacement. 2. Recover all 134A refrigerant from both machines and recycle in environmentally safe manner. 3. Remove (2) Carrier 30GX Screw chillers and dispose of in an environmentally safe manner. 4. Prefab piping for one chiller in order to get one chiller online in one day. 5. Fabricate remaining chilled water piping. 6. Modify piping to accommodate new chillers piping configuration. 7. Provide two (2) new Carrier 30RBX080 Scroll Chillers. 8. Provide 1st year parts and labor warranty. 9. 3-year micro channel coil parts only warranty. 10. Provide all electrical accessories to make up electrical connections. 11. Reinsulate all piping with 2 inch insulation and .16 Metal jacket.
