Description

Provide services to DNR to aid in the placement of substrate for construction of a reef base towards the enhancement of oyster reefs in St. Mary’s River Oyster Sanctuary and Manokin River Oyster Sanctuary (Maryland’s rivers within the Chesapeake Bay). The contractor will provide coordination, management, administration, vessels, equipment, supplies and personnel to conduct pre and post construction bathymetry surveys, purchasing of substrate, substrate deployment for reef construction, program support, administrative services and financial reporting.
