Description | As of June 15, 2022, "Due to technically difficulties with E-Bidding program, questions were submitted by the required date, the questions were not received by the Purchasing Department. The questions will be answered and be provided to all viewers." Bids shall be rejected if not submitted within time, date and at place designated. A copy of the Surety and Bid Bond must be uploaded with the bid documents and, the originals must be submitted to the Township of Hamilton, Department of Budget and Purchasing, 2090 Greenwood Avenue, Hamilton, NJ 08609 by the date, time and place stated in this ad. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Chapter 150 of the Laws of 1963, effective January 1, 1964. All contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts). Submission by corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2). Submissions shall also include a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. All requirements of the State of New Jersey Worker Health and Safety Act (N.J.A.C. 12:110 et seq.) as amended and the United States Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) (29 CFR 1910), as amended with regard to worker and jobsite safety. Questions cutoff date is 6/13/22 at 4:30 PM Fenwood Avenue: This road is to include the removal of 665 feet of 18" vitrified clay pipe and be replaced with 18" reinforced concrete pipe class lll wall B. Removal andreplacement of approx. 3,100 L.F. concrete curb, 6,350 S.F. of concrete walks & aprons 4" and 6" thick and the installation of 4 accessible ramps. The roadway is to be milled 2" in depth (6,453 S.Y.) to be checked for base failure and repaired (up to 2,200 SY.) if needed and overlaid with 2" (758 tons) HMA 9.5M64. Inlets are to be repaired and improved as directed. Water valves and Manholes are to be reset to grade. Gas valves are to be reset by PSE &G. All disturbed areas are to be topsoiled and sodded. Eaton Avenue This road is to include the removal and replacement of approx. 4,340 L.F. concrete curb, 6,300 S.F. of concrete walks & aprons 4" and 6" thick and the installation of 8 accessible ramps. The roadway is to be milled 2" in depth (8,200 S.Y.) to be checked for base failure and repaired (up to 1,000 SY.) if needed and overlaid with 2" (967 tons) HMA 9.5M64. Inlets are to be repaired and improved as directed. Water valves and Manholes are to be reset to grade. Gas valves are to be reset by PSE &G. All disturbed areas are to be topsoiled and sodded. |
