Part 1 Preliminary engineering using Department provided mapping, preliminary noise wall locations, and recently approved noise monitoring, models and preliminary noise report for SR 0095 Sec CNA Chester Noise Abatement in Delaware County. Preliminary engineering includes but is not limited to supplemental survey, environmental clearance, cultural-historic studies, PA one call, utility verification, verification of right of way lines, preliminary MPT, safety submission, public involvement, final TS&L plans, structure foundation reports, geotechnical investigations, and design field view. Part 2 Final Design for #108910 SR 0095 Section CNA Chester Noise Abatement in Delaware County. Final design includes but is not limited to final maintenance and protection of traffic plans, final structure plans, final roadway plans, final erosion and sediment pollution control plans/NPDES permit, final right of way plans, utility coordination, and completion of final project documents. Part 3 Services during construction for #108910 SR 0095 Sec CNA Chester Noise Abatement in Delaware County. Services during Construction includes but is not limited to shop drawing review, review of contractor alternates and construction consultation.
