Reconstruct Bulk Hangar

Based Bid GC- Construct pre-engineered metal bulk hangar building, demolish existing metal building, including foundation, except concrete floor slab and construct new conventional steel framing, metal siding and roofing, bi-fold doors, windows, personnel doors and concrete slab replacement over new concrete foundation and CMU frost wall, asphalt repair. Bid Add #1 includes roof and wall insulation, with fabric liner as specified for hangar building. Bid Add #2 includes under drain installations. Base Bid Electrical includes removal and disconnection of all existing electrical and mechanical equipment and connections, and protection of existing electric panel for reinstallation in new building. All proposed electric installations and connections and reinstallation of existing security pads and system, including coordination with utilities and all electrical inspections.
