West Beach Bathhouse at Green Lakes State Park

Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: General Contract D005826: $38,200.00, Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars and 00/100. Electrical Contract D005827: $6,400.00, Six Thousand Dollars and 00/100. Mechanical Contract D005828: $8,050.00, Ten Thousand Dollars and 00/100. Plumbing Contract D005829: $6,450.00, Six Thousand Dollars and 00/100. General Construction Contract D005826: Contract includes all work indicated in the drawings and specifications for General Contract #D005826 or “GCW” including but not limited to all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide a 2200 square foot four season bathhouse building near the west side of Green Lake. Contract Work includes coordinating work with other trade contracts. Furnish and install all items as specified and shown on the Drawings. Alternate #1: Provide landscaping (trees, shrubs, etc.) in accordance with Drawing C-106 and Specification Section 32 93 00. As part of the base bid, provide lawn or turf in lieu of the landscaping, as shown on Drawing C-106. The estimate range for this project is: $649,650 – 878,900. Electrical Contract D005827: Contract includes all work indicated in the drawings and specifications for Electrical Contract #D005827 or “ECW” including but not limited to all labor, materials and equipment necessary for installing all wiring, switches, outlets, boxes light fixtures, camera system, for the West Beach Bathhouse. Contract also includes removals and/or re-connections of secondary power at the existing maintenance area stone building and at the existing West Beach comfort station. Contract Work includes connection and integration with the existing surveillance system in the Environmental Education Center (EEC). Provide all cameras, cable, and raceway in the Bathhouse and in the EEC. Furnish two cameras loose to NYSOPRHP. Work includes enhanced testing and commissioning of the lighting systems as outlined in Specification Section 26 08 00. Contract Work includes coordinating work with other trade contracts. Furnish and install all items specified and shown on the Drawings for the following: electrical equipment, and HVAC equipment. Furnish one alarm dialer (not installed) to the Director’s Representative. Dialer will be installed at a later time by the Director’s Representative. Alternate #1: Provide a portable generator in accordance with Specification Section 26 32 13. The estimate range for this project is: $108,850 – 147,250. Mechanical Contract D005828: Contract includes all work indicated in the drawings and specifications for Mechanical Contract #D005828 or “MCW” including but not limited to all labor, materials and equipment necessary for installing: all exhaust fans, ductwork, grills, ventilation fans, hydronic boiler, in-floor hydronic heating, and energy recovery units. Include all required concrete mounting pads. Contract Work includes coordinating work with other trade contracts. Furnish and install all items as specified and shown on the Drawings. The estimate range for this project is: $136,950 – 185,300. Plumbing Contract D005829: Contract includes all work indicated in the drawings and specifications for Plumbing Contract #D005829 or “PCW” including but not limited to all labor, materials and equipment necessary for installing all domestic water piping, valves, fixtures, hot water heaters and connections, as well as all sanitary piping, and sanitary connections. Provide propane gas piping within the building. Provide the all-in-one sink/hand dryer/soap dispenser assemblies and provide piping to the units. Contract Work includes coordinating work with other trade contracts. Furnish and install all items as specified and shown on the Drawings. The estimate range for this project is: $109,900 – 148,700.
