Routine Property Repair and Maintenance

Routine repair and maintenance of residential and commercial properties obtained through various City Departments. This Contract shall be awarded by group. Housing and Urban Development (HUD), funding will be utilized on the majority of individual projects under the Contract. Therefore, all HUD, federal, state and local requirements will be followed as necessary and HUD Forms HUD 5369-B, HUD 5369-C, HUD 5370-C1, HUD 5370-C2, Section 3 Documents are included as Attachment A - E and will be incorporated into any resulting contract(s). Interested Offerors may submit a proposal to provide services under Group 1, Group 2, Group 3, Group 4, Group 5, Group 6, Group 7 or any or all of the Groups. Each group will be evaluated and scored separately.
