| Description | The Project is located at Alameda Diablo between Caballo Ranchero Dr and Diablo Lakes Ln within Diablo, CA 94528, and is described as follows The Project includes reconstruction of approximately 3,950 lineal feet of streets of varying width, averaging 17 to 18 feet. Reconstruction of the existing roadway shall consist of grinding and off-hauling the existing asphalt to a depth of 5” (core samples indicate existing pavement is 4” to 7” thick) and compaction of the roadbed to 90% density. A tack coat specified as SS-1 or CRS-1 shall be applied at a rate of 0.1 gallon per square. A pavement fabric (GlasPav or equivalent) shall be applied prior to paving. Pave with two 2-1/2” lifts of ½” asphalt, each lift compacted to 95% density. Reconstruction of 1 speed bump is required. |
