Windy Hill Park Development - City of Brentwood

Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Brentwood, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field. This project provides for acquisition and development of 52 acres of land that was part of the historic Windy Hill property on Old Smyrna Road. This project is included in the city's FY 2022-2027 Capital Improvement Program. As of July 19, 2022, further details regarding design and construction timelines has not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
