Description

1. Replace/repair W-beam as requested and as specified in Standard Drawings BA 4 Series for W-beam guardrail. 2. Replace/repair End Treatments/Crash Cushions to the current Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) standard as identified in the UDOT Guideline for Crash Cushions publication and as per manufacturers recommendations. 3. Repair wire rope barrier systems as per manufacturer’s recommendations. 4. Provide repair service at the following locations: Tooele, Summitt, & Salt Lake Counties, Utah, on State Routes (Interstate, SR and US designations) under the jurisdiction of UDOT.
