Sealcoating (single seal)/chip seal per 1 mile of road with MS5 hot oil, brown ash aggregate, for approximately 4 miles, or 3/8" chip stone; Also, requesting bids for possible wedging on various roads, and also requesting bids for 1 mile of gravel lift 8" laid, compacted to 6", and 2 miles shouldering. All roads located within the Town of Lowell.
