Description

Scope of Work for 2005 South Main Street: 1) Replace existing 2-Ton heat pump with new 16 seer Carrier System. 2) System should include a 5kw heat strip. 3) New thermostat should be installed. 4) Existing refrigerant lines to be removed and new lines installed. 5) Guttering to be installed to hide refrigerant lines on the outside of the building. 6) Install new drain pan with float switch wired to shut unit off when activated. 7) A new outside pad sized to accommodate the unit. Scope of Work for 384 Hancock Street: 1) Remove existing HVAC system to include all duct work and refrigerant lines. 2) Install a new Carrier 90 plus 100,000 BUT furnace and all associated vents, piping, and drains. 3) Install new 4-Ton 16 seer air condition condenser and matching coil. 4) Install new refrigerant lines. 5) Install new thermostat wires to outside condenser (Note: the existing thermostat will be reused). 6) Replace wires between existing electrical panel and unit disconnect box. 7) Install new fused disconnect. 8) Install new wiring and conduit between the unit and the disconnect. 9) Install new sheet metal duct work and plenums. Each joint will be sealed using mastic. No more than 3 feet of flexible duct will be allowed at each supply and return connection at ceiling termination. 10) 2 14 inches minimum duct wrap will be required on all duct work. 11) Install new drain pan and drain line rom unit to outside 12) Install new pad sized to accommodate the unit.
