Center at Sixth Mixed-Use Building - Bid Package 2

Plans call for the construction of a 13,500 square foot mixed use facility with two tenants and shared space on the main level & residential units with open studios on the upper floor. The projecgt consists of the construction of a new incubator space, certified for food production, that helps startup companies and individual entrepreneurs to develop their busineesses by providing a full-scale range of goods and services. Scope of work is but is not limited to the following: Concrete, Masonry, Metal Fabrication, Thermal and Moisture Protection, HM Doors and Frames, Coiling Doors, Storefront, Drywall, Tile, Shades, Countertops, Elevator, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical. Schedule of Alternates: o Base Bid: Standard sink, faucet, mirror, soap dispenser, and hand dryers at first floor bank of restrooms; all touchless. Cove lights as indicated in drawings o Alternate Bid: Provide touch-free wall-mounted electronic sanitary cabinet for concealed faucet, sink and hand dryer integrated behind the mirror. Activated by infrared sensors. Cove lights at ceiling shall be replaced by linear LEDs mounted to the top of the integrated system. Direct all bids/inquiries to the construction manager. Subcontractor prequalifications are due for the following bid packages: Masonry, Roofing, Storefront, Drywall, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 12-18-2023. Civil plan set has been issued as of 12-14-2023.
