The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This is an ECMS project. All Addenda will be electronically posted.The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to obtain a visitor pass on the 5th Floor and to be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room. Once repairs have been completed and accepted, submit required documentation to the Representative within 30 calendar days such as invoices, electronic copies of digital photographs with before and after conditions, and written summary of completed work activities and repair locations This item of work includes the costs associated with preparing and mobilizing forces for installation, replacement or repair work. The Representative will provide a list identifying the LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, EMERGENCY, and TEMPORARY MEASURES ONLY priority sites; the extent of work to be performed; and authorize work to begin. It also includes completing the work within the specified time. A call out may be for one site or could include multiple sites, particularly for low and medium calls. However, once a call is issued, other sites will not be included under the same call. |
