Description

Broadband Consultant for Professional Services The Connecticut Office of Telecommunications and Broadband (OTB) within the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection is tasked in part with administering federal program monies allocated to broadband under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Capital Projects Fund (CPF) and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment (BEAD) program for the deployment of broadband infrastructure according to federal program parameters while progressing towards a statewide goal of universal access to 1 Gigabit per second download by 100 Megabits per second upload broadband.
